Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

ARCHITECT

Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.

DESIGN COORDINATOR

oordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Undertaking design project from concept to completion.Defining project requirements and schedule during the “brief”.Interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans.
